Day Screen Plan your day with Top Priorities and a To Do list in a single clean card. Tap to edit inline, swipe to delete, and long press to set recurring tasks. Notes support auto-linked URLs, phone numbers, and email addresses. Past days are permanently locked read-only.
Week Screen See your entire week at a glance. Each day gets its own card. Past days are hidden so you only see what’s actionable. Week-level notes are independent from daily notes.
Brain Dump A permanent capture space for everything your brain needs to offload. Each entry is timestamped and searchable forever. Nothing you put here ever disappears. Use it for thoughts, ideas, reference lists, or anything that doesn’t belong on today’s task list — it’s all retrievable the moment you need it.
Search Live full-text search across every screen — tasks, notes, and Brain Dump entries. Tap any result to see the full context. Your entire history is always one search away.
Inbox Uncompleted tasks from previous days surface here automatically. Mark them done, move them to today, or schedule them for a future date — without losing the original record. Nothing is silently dropped.
Recurring Tasks Set any task to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or on custom days. Choose your own duration with a native scroll wheel picker. Manage, extend, or stop recurrences at any time.
